•  Evaluated Message Broker Technology (Neon and MQSeries Integrator) leading to recommendation and procurement of MQSeries Integrator
  • Managed the implementation of MQSI along with file adapters, SAP’s Business Connector  and custom tools
  • Supported development of 130+ Message Flows by developing an Interface development “factory”, recruiting six contractors in UK and France, providing training and managing their assignments to project teams

  • Introduced new tools, procedures and global ways of working to support new infrastructure, resulting in reduced running costs, avoidance of risks associated with changes and reducing the skill set required to administer the environment
  • Defined the global offshore support model for production operations, managed knowledge transfer to offshore team and managed on-going relations at regional level

 

  • Managed the overall A2A integration landscape at a global level, with responsibility for 450+ WebSphere Broker based interfaces, 150 Queue Managers and 10,000 daily file transfers
  • Turned around the number of operational incidents over a 6 month interval; reducing from 3-4 critical incidents per week to 1-2 minor incidents every 4 weeks
